Experience includes extensive post-surgical rehabilitation including spinal surgeries, knee replacements, arthroscopic procedures, and post-surgical fractures including exercise protocol. Proficient in the use of physical therapy modalities along with restorative corrective traction technique of Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP). Oversee patient care, assessment, compliance and implemented strategic marketing to Orthopedic Surgeons and Attorneys. Office specialized in treatment and rehabilitation of spinal, extremity, and musculoskeletal injuries with widespread experience in the treatment of athletic injuries. Services included second opinion evaluations and independent med-legal evaluations for insurance companies. Was team chiropractor for California State Northridge Basketball team 2001 and assisted with Los Angeles Baptist High School football team 1999-2001. Highly experienced in post-surgical rehabilitation including spinal surgeries, knee replacements, arthroscopic procedures, and post-surgical fractures. Extremely proficient in the use of physical therapy modalities and various types of rehabilitation equipment.

2003-2006: Ainbinder Orthopedic Clinic, Medical Corporation- Evaluation Provider Associate for Orthopedic Worker’s Compensation practice on a part-time basis. Responsible for patient evaluation, examination, record review, case management, diagnostic referrals, therapy referrals, suture removal, chart documentation, dictation, pre-surgical assessment, and medication review.

1996 to 1999: Vincent L. Gumbs, M.D., Medical Corporation- Treating Provider Worked as an independent contractor in private practice orthopedic office on HMO and private patient base with heavy physical therapy emphasis. Involved treatment of patients with various musculoskeletal and post-surgical disorders. Administered therapy and rehabilitation for up to 200 patients weekly.
